The journey to a plant-based lifestyle is deeply personal and, for me, it all began with health. Between 2015 and 2020, I faced the daily challenges of living with an autoimmune condition called Ulcerative Colitis. After years of struggling with medications that failed to bring relief—and with potential treatments carrying serious side effects—I found myself at a crossroads. My options seemed limited, and I was desperate for a solution.

As a lifelong vegetarian, I decided to take a bold step toward healing. On May 1, 2020, in the midst of a global pandemic, I embraced a fully plant-based diet. It wasn’t just a dietary change; it was a leap of faith—one that I hoped would help me regain control over my health. Little did I know, this decision would not only transform my body but also ignite a passion for sharing the power of plant-based eating with others.

Through this blog, I want to share nourishing, healing, and delicious vegan recipes—many of them focused on whole food plant-based ingredients. My goal is to create a welcoming space for everyone: vegans, vegetarians, and even non-vegans who are curious about incorporating more plants into their diet. I believe that food is medicine, and through the recipes I share, I hope to inspire you to embrace the healing potential of whole, plant-based foods.
